In which language can I do therapy?

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Catalan

How long is the session?

  • On average 50 minutes.

Shall I pay more if the session gets extended more than 50 minutes? If it lastes less?

  • The session is not charged by time but by the number of sessions. This way, if a session runs longer because we are in the middle of a topic that cannot be left open, the price of the session will not increase. The same applies if we finish earlier.

What happend after contact Andrea?

  • If you write to me, I will respond to your message as soon as possible. You can expect a reply within approximately 48 hours. If I am on vacation or unavailable due to temporary incapacity, you will receive an automatic response when you email me.

Is confidential what I say?

  • Yes, from the first contact it is confidential.

What guarantees do I have about the privacy of my data?

  • The Data Protection Act (LOPD) is mandatory for all professionals who handle sensitive data. After the initial contact, you will be provided with a document to sign that specifies how your data will be handled and outlines the therapy conditions. Without this document, we will not be able to start the sessions.

  • In the case of minors, the Data Protection Act (LOPD) must be signed by the parents. If the parents are separated and have shared custody, both guardians will need to sign it.

Am I crazy if I go to the psychologist?

  • Not at all! Seeking help from a psychologist is a positive and proactive step toward taking care of your mental and emotional health. It's completely normal to need support at different points in life, whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, life changes, or simply wanting to improve your overall well-being. Just like we visit a doctor for physical health concerns, seeing a psychologist is about caring for your mental health. It shows strength, self-awareness, and a commitment to personal growth. Remember, everyone deserves support, and there’s no shame in reaching out for it.
